Christkindles ® Glühwein-Tiramisu
Ingredients for 4 persons
250 ml Nuremberg Christkindles® market mulled wine
100 grams of brown sugar
1 organic lemon
2 tbsp raspberry jam
200 g ladyfingers or speculoos
For decoration cinnamon, brittle or similar.
- Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with half the sugar until stiff. Beat the remaining sugar with the egg yolk until fluffy and mix in the mascarpone and raspberry jam. Grate the zest from an lemon and add it to the mascarpone cream along with the lemon juice. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. It is best to fill the cream into a piping bag or something similar so that it can be distributed more easily and cleanly in the dessert glasses. Pour the mulled wine into a flat container and dip the pieces of ladyfingers or speculoos in it.
- Now it’s time for layers. First cream, then ladyfingers/speculaas, then cream, ladyfingers/speculaas and finish off the tiramisu with more cream. Cover and chill for approx. 2 hours.
- Decorate with a pinch of cinnamon and speculoos before serving.
